Sales Associates are an integral part of our team and expected to develop leads, create appointments, create new client relationships, and help strengthen existing client relationships. Sales Associates are expected to be self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience working in sales.
The Network Engineer role encompasses both skills with networking equipment and servers. This role may require travel at times within the City of Chicago or surrounding suburbs. Although we are very team oriented, it is important that you have skills in at least two of the following areas:
Desktop Engineers work with clients daily to resolve the majority of their technical issues including user creation, virus removal, and desktop deployment. Because Desktop Engineers do the majority of the troubleshooting and diagnosing of issues, they are expected to be strong critical thinkers.And have experience in the following areas:
Troubleshooting and configuring Windows 7 or newer.
Working with Microsoft Active Directory.
Desktop Hardware troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010 or Newer.
Basic Networking knowledge.
Adding Email Accounts to Mobile Platforms including iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
