Pay As You Go is our way of providing the option of purchase our technical support and services on an as needed basis. With Pay As You Go, you are on the driver’s seat. The first plan allows you to buy our Technical Support & Services by the hour. For example, if you know that you need some help taking care of a network issue, you can purchase our Server Level Service or PC Level Service online or via phone. Once your purchase has been paid for and processed you will be contacted via email and phone by Micro-Tech U.S.A., moving us to the next step in the process.
Our services are divided into two categories, Server Level and PC Level, by difficulty and technology experience needed to resolve those types of issues. We encourage buyers to purchase their service hours in advance bulk. Bulk purchase helps secure a savings in IT cost by receiving an Extra Hour of service for every 10 hours purchased. Network Monitoring: An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
Monitoring is the first and most significant step towards IT disaster prevention. We have devised a way for your network to be monitored without long term contracts. Monitoring your network consists of Micro-Tech U.S.A. installing their proprietary software on your servers which monitor your servers’ health 24x7.
When we see that something suspicious is happening on your server, for example if there is a lot of hard drive activity in the early hours of the day, you are notified by both email and phone. This way your company can follow the proper course of action to care for your machine. Of course, if you would like us to fix the problem we can do so, but this is completely up to your discretion.
PC Level Monitoring
Some PC’s are just as important as your servers. Although they may not be a central hub of data traffic, it may belong to the CEO or the CFO of the company. Just like servers, PC’s run into problems too. PC Level Monitoring gives you the ability to tell that CEO or CFO that you can see the future. You will be able to tell them what problems may occur. It allows the users to better allocate their time and takes you off the hot seat.
Security
Our monitoring software does not allow us to access any of your data. The software only sees 0’s and 1’s . This, in conjunction with the confidentiality forms signed by both parties is another way that Micro-Tech U.S.A. maintains the security of your data.
